Refund Policy
Pre-mades
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of the transaction. To initiate the process, please contact me with your order details. refunds will be accepted if the description of the item/ item quality is incorrect but ensure you read item descriptions before purchasing to make sure you are satisfied! All items to be refunded must be returned back to me (buyer covers delivery costs!). Refunds will not be issued if the item arrives back to me damaged, i will inspect the item accordingly upon delivery and reach back out to you with details!

Commissions
payments for commissions are usually taken in two goes, the first payment is the first half of the total cost (e.g. mask cost is £300 so first payment is £150) this is non-refundable as this covers material costs. the second payment is taken upon completion of your mask and there may be an additional shipping cost, if you are unsatisfied with your item you may reach out to me and upon return, if the mask is received in the same quality with no damage, the second payment may be refunded. (shipping costs are covered by the customer!)
